Corporate Secretary

As part of its endeavors to comply fully with the principles of Good Corporate Governance and with the regulations and legislation governing capital markets, the Company created the position of Corporate Secretary in 2002.

As stated in the Decision of Bapepam’s Chairman No 63/PM/1996 concerning the Formation of the Corporate Secretary, the function of the Corporate Secretary must be performed by one of the Director’s of the Listed Company or an official of the Listed Company who is specifically appointed to carry out such function. A Corporate Secretary must have access to material and relevant information related to the Listed Company and must fully understand the regulations governing Capital Markets, particularly those related to disclosure.
